Think Clientele

Every Chef, Owner, Operator, Manager, GM, VP of Marketing should have a blog. I should say everyone of them that dreams of having a clientele: a real devoted army that follows her or him from city to city and country to country. I have a friend that is ecstatic about one particular Chef in Vancouver, British Columbia and he’ll fly from Austin, Texas to eat this guy’s culinary creations.
